The hand wash basins HWB-S and HWB-K are designed specifically for the hygiene needs within the food processing industries.

The water can be turned on either via a sensor (HWB-S) or a knee valve (HWB-K) which is located in the front panel.

The wash basin is supplied assembly-ready with water discharge, includes faucet aerator, sensor or knee valve and temperature mixing valve.

The Hand washing Hygiene Centres of the HWB-SWT and HWB-SWTD series have been especially designed for the use in rooms of the food retail trade, for businesses active in communal catering as well as for social/dry rooms in the food processing industry.

The model HWB-SWT is equipped with an automatic soap dispenser and a high-speed hand dryer, the model HWB-SWTD has an additional disinfectant dispenser.

All components are activated contact-free, exclusively via sensors.
 

The high speed hand dryer reliably dries hands in approximately 15 seconds.

 

The head cover can be easily folded up to replace/refill liquid soap or hand disinfectant and is held by means of a gas spring in the open position.

Siphon, joints and gaskets and small parts are not included.

Hand wash basin WR-ECO-1 serves, due to the robust build, for cleaning hands in the food industry.

The smoothly pulled up rear panel offers a safe splash-water protection and at the same time can be used to affix soap or disinfectant dispensers. The water can be turned on either via a sensor or knee valve. The knee valve is located in the slanted front panel. The sensor, depending on the model, is located either on the front or rear panel.

The wash basin WR-ECO-1-SDS-A is suited, due to the automatic liquid soap dispenser, to the tamper-proof hand washing in the food processing industry. Only after both hands have been registered by the sensors integrated within the head panel, the soap is released, the flow of water can then be prompted by the sensor in the rear panel.

The equipment can be attached by means of a potential free contact to a traffic light device, a door opener or a turnstile.

The washing channel WR-ECO is available with 2 - 6 washing bays. The smoothly pulled up rear panel acts as splash-water protection and at the same time offers space to affix soap and/or disinfectant dispensers.

The soap/disinfectant dispenser SDS is constructed from a stainless steel casing in either open or closed designs.

The rounded construction prevents objects such as cigarettes being placed on top of it. The scope of delivery includes a 1000 ml plastic refill bottle.

The automatic soap/disinfectant dispenser SDS-A is delivered in a splash-water protected stainless steel casing for wall mounting, and is operated by battery.

The battery holds 3x1,5 V batteries for up to 10,000 operations.

The capacity of the dispenser is 900ml of liquid.

The hand disinfection unit HANDI-1 has been developed especially for both the food processing industry and frequently visited public buildings, and guarantees a safe disinfection of the hands with the help of two nozzles.

After the hands have been detected by the sensor, the disinfectant is sprayed. The canister with a capacity of up to 5000 ml is sealed inside the casing and thereby protected against unintended use.

The 2-hand disinfection unit HANDI-2 COMPACT was developed especially for use in the food processing industry and guarantees a tamper-proof disinfection of both hands with 4 nozzles. After the hands have been detected by the sensor, the unit activates the process of disinfection and passage control. The passage control may consist of a traffic light control, a door release mechanism or a turnstile.

The unit has an integrated canister holder for the disinfectant, with an alarm when canisters are empty, as well as a receptacle for any leftovers.

The high-speed hand dryer HANDDRYER-1-A has been especially developed for dry rooms, such as social rooms in the food industry, communal catering and other rooms not constantly exposed to high humidity.

In order to reduce contamination of the environment by splashing water, water blown away during the drying process will be diverted downwards in the device in a controlled manner and disposed of via the outlet fitting.

The automatic high-speed hand dryer HANDDRYER-2 is especially suited for very fast hygienic drying of both hands and is delivered with a splash-water protected stainless steel body for wall mounting.

During the drying process water that is blown away is diverted downwards through grating and disposed of via the drain in order to prevent contamination by splashing water.

The unit and hand slot can be easily cleaned. Hand drying takes approx. 10 seconds. The air velocity is adjustable.
